Here are 6 steps to book our transfer service:
- Choose your vehicle: Select from SUV, Toyota Camry, Toyota Commuter, Hyundai Staria, Toyota Majesty, Toyota Alphard, Mercedes-Benz E-Class, or S-Class based on your group size and luggage needs.
- Fill out the booking form: Provide your name, contact number, number of passengers, luggage amount, and destination (city center, hotels, other provinces, etc).
- Add your flight details: Include your flight number and arrival date/time so we can track your flight and adjust for any delays automatically.
- Confirm pickup location: Choose airport pickup at Suvarnabhumi (BKK) or hotel pickup anywhere in Bangkok.
- Wait for our confirmation message: We will contact you directly with driver details, meeting point instructions, vehicle info, and the final fixed price.
- Payment on arrival: Pay the driver in cash when the trip is completed—simple, transparent, and no hidden fees.
Transfer Policies
- Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed only after we contact you via phone or email. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.
- Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer may incur a partial fee.
- No-Show Policy: If the passenger does not show up at the scheduled time, the booking may be considered canceled, and a no-show fee could apply.
- Flight Delays: We monitor flight arrivals in real-time, so minor delays do not affect your transfer. Please notify us for long delays or cancellations.
- Children & Infant Seats: Child seats are available upon request. Please inform us in advance of the number of children and their ages.
- Luggage Allowance: Each vehicle has specific luggage limits. Oversized or excessive luggage may require a larger vehicle or an additional transfer fee.
- Group Transfers: For groups larger than the standard vehicle capacity, please book multiple vehicles or a larger van in advance.
- Additional Stops: One or two short stops along the route can be arranged with prior notice, depending on traffic conditions.
- VIP & Special Requests: Requests for premium service, VIP treatment, or specific amenities (e.g., bottled water, Wi-Fi) should be noted at the time of booking.
- Payment Policy: All transfers are paid in cash on arrival. Prices are fixed and transparent, with no hidden charges.
- Safety & Conduct: Passengers are expected to follow driver instructions and maintain safety in the vehicle. KRDC reserves the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe behavior.
